I'm now officially being weaned off the prednisone. This means no more ugly bloated me. This also means that losing weight should be much much much easier. (lets just say since December I've lost and gained back the same 20 pounds).
I've decided to add a nightly walk to my routine. I downloaded CardioTrainer on my phone a while back and have used it a few times. It not only keeps track of my routines on the phone but I can also log into the website and see a list of the workouts. It uses GPS to show me where I walked so I can see how far I went on any given day.
I can also set up a workout routine and have an alarm to remind me its coming up. This not only works for my nightly walks, but I can also set it up to remind me to do my morning workout on the elliptical.
I can also input my weight into it and it will tell me how many calories I've burned and it will identify those burned calories with a food.
I can even sent my workout to my weight loss buddy so she can see my progress too.
The Husband is laughing at me because I'm so excited about this. He doesn't understand how frustrated I've been the last 8 months all because of a medicine I was on because my body decided to freak out and try to kill itself off.
I will definitely be blogging more that I will actually have something to share with you all!
